I am so proud to be a member of the Winter Ball Fundraising Committee and a proud supporter of the important work of the LGBT Network. This specific fundraiser focuses on the critically important HIV testing and services delivery here on Long Island and Queens. There is no doubt we have come a  long long way in the delivery of life saving medicines to those who are HIV positive. BUT to get those life saving medicines - you must know your HIV status. There MUST be HIV Testing and Outreach. LGBT Network provides the HIV testing and does the outreach.  We must combat the stigma of even getting an HIV test! We must go out into the communities and have drop in testing sites and have a network committed to this effort. LGBT Network is doing just that!
